Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough inspections of postproduction products to verify compliance with established quality standards.
  • Accurately document inspection results and maintain comprehensive records.
  • Apply cGMP guidelines effectively during inspections to uphold regulatory compliance.
  • Interpret and follow Work Instructions and Batch Production Records (BPRs) to execute tasks with precision.
  • Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and prepared for audits at all times.
  • Safely handle and move items weighing up to 50 lbs as necessary.
  • Make informed decisions based on inspection outcomes and communicate findings to relevant teams.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve production objectives.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of Safety, Quality, Right First Time (RFT), Right First Pass (RFP), and Data Integrity principles.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional attention to detail with a strong ability to conduct thorough inspections.
  • Proficient in documenting results and maintaining accurate records.
  • Strong comprehension skills to understand and follow Work Instructions and BPRs.
  • Familiarity with cGMP guidelines and their practical application.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and audit-ready workspace.
  • Physical capability to lift and transport items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong decision-making abilities and effective communication skills.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate successfully.
  • Knowledge of Safety, Quality, RFT, RFP, and Data Integrity principles.
