The General Manager for the Hyundai brand will be responsible for overseeing all new and used car sales, including brand and non-brand vehicles, as well as managing the new/used vehicle purchase experience.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all aspects of new and used car strategy and operations.
- Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Manage sales cycle from prospect to delivery, tracking all client and sales activity.
- Implement inventory management systems and processes.
- Drive operational excellence by developing and monitoring clear Key Performance Indicators (KPI's).
- Cigna PPO, Imagine 360, and HSA plans.

$150,000 - $250,000/annual salary + bonus.
