Job Title: Senior Human Resources Manager

Hubbell Power Systems is seeking a highly skilled Senior Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a critical member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth by understanding both business drivers and human resource capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the overall business strategy.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, benefits, and performance management.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct investigations and provide recommendations on employee relations issues.
  • Partner with labor organizations to resolve disputes and improve labor relations.
  • Develop and maintain HR metrics and reports to measure the impact of HR initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Seven (7)+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Practical knowledge of HRIS systems, preferably SAP.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
