Senior Human Resources Manager

Hubbell Electrical Solutions (HES) is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Human Resources Manager to join our team. This critical role will play a key part in driving business growth and supporting the Sales team business strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations investigations and report non-conformances accordingly.
- Partner with leaders to drive HR processes such as employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, succession planning, employee relations, and retention.
- Run group succession routines to ensure ongoing dialogue and review of succession and pipeline development.
- Advise senior leaders on organizational development and recommend efficient and cost-effective solutions for identified challenges.
- Provide guidance and conduct investigations of concerns and complaints, involving appropriate individuals and seeking legal advice when necessary.
- Provide timely reports and metrics as needed, including metrics, case analysis, demographic and headcount, turnover, and others.
- Lead business optimization initiatives by conducting individual or group training sessions for personnel.
- Contribute to the restructuring of departments to increase efficiency and align activities with business objectives.
- Optimize personnel utilization by increasing cross-functionality and interdepartmental collaboration.
- Measure the impact of interventions on staff performance, efficiency, employee retention, and job satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, management, business administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Seven (7)+ years of experience in Human Resources within a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Practical knowledge and experience working with management information systems with human resources modules, SAP preferred.
- Computer and computer applications proficiency highly desirable, Microsoft Office a must.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently in an environment where interruptions are routine and frequent.
