Senior Contracts Manager

At Equifax, we're looking for a seasoned professional to join our Legal team as a Senior Contracts Manager. This role is a critical part of our US Sales organization, providing expertise in negotiating and drafting business-to-business contracts.
Key Responsibilities:- Independently review, negotiate, and draft non-standard contractual terms and conditions for business-to-business contracts.
- Negotiate complex agreements, amendments, addenda, SOWs, and project statements.
- Direct, project manage, and negotiate customer contracts, including consolidating multiple sources of information into a comprehensive contract.
- Collaborate with Risk Management, Finance, Security, and other departments to coordinate and facilitate contractual requirements.
- Participate in department projects, recommend process improvements, and lead initiatives as needed.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- 7-10 years of related experience, with a strong background in contract negotiation.
- Experience providing legal support to a sales organization.
- Experience supporting a corporate legal department.
