Sales Professional | Drive Revenue Growth at Equinox Holdings

As a Membership Sales Advisor with Equinox Holdings, Inc., you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by achieving or exceeding individual sales goals, renewals, and ancillary service targets. This role requires strategic outreach, in-club lead generation, and securing member referrals to build a strong referral base and retain members.
About You:
We are seeking an entrepreneurial spirit with previous sales experience, confidence to perform on an incentive-based salary, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a personal passion for health and fitness. As a team player, you will enjoy working within a dynamic environment, managing time effectively, and adapting to changing priorities. The ideal candidate is willing and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities:
- Sell club memberships and prospect new business and clients.
- Host events and workshops for in-club lead generation and achieve or exceed individual sales goals, renewals, and ancillary service goals.
- Conduct pre-planning activities each month, including strategic outreach, to secure member referrals and build rapport and lasting relationships with prospective and current members.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous sales experience.
