Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of the company's CRM system to maintain accurate and current data.
  • Compile and sustain activity logs for sales representatives.
  • Ensure that contact information is complete and correctly categorized (including persona, sales representative, title, etc.).
  • Monitor deal progress to ensure timely and precise updates.
  • Support the sales team in creating presentations, reports, proposals, and other materials required for client engagements.
  • Coordinate hospitality arrangements for client-focused events (meetings, offsite activities, etc.).
  • Administer and implement all sales sequences.
  • Lead the RollWorks 360 initiative.
  • Assign tasks to the sales team as needed.
  • Collaborate with marketing to leverage technology for generating warm leads for sales.
  • Organize all logistics for trade shows, including booth shipment, lodging arrangements, and equipment rentals.
  • Coordinate travel for sales representatives and staff during trade show events.
  • Manage the internal sales hub, updating content as required.
  • Facilitate travel arrangements for senior team members and other client services personnel as necessary.
  • Gather resources for Requests for Proposals.
  • Maintain a comprehensive overview of all client presentations and their statuses.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a sales support or coordination capacity, demonstrating the ability to excel in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic sales context.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
  • Proficiency in utilizing sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software, along with other relevant tools for effective job performance.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to navigate changes in priorities, processes, or client needs, ensuring responsiveness in a dynamic business landscape.
