We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at Classic Fun Center. As a key member of our Contact Center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and Manage Incoming Calls: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Handle Booking Inquiries and Reservations: Assist customers with booking inquiries, reservations, and other requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide Accurate Information: Offer detailed information about our services, products, and promotions to customers.
  • Resolve Customer Issues: Address customer complaints and concerns in a prompt and effective manner, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve team goals.
  • Follow Established Protocols: Adhere to established protocols and procedures to ensure consistency and quality in service.
  • Stay Up-to-Date: Continuously update knowledge of company services and products to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous Experience in Customer Service: Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center or guest service environment.
  • Exceptional Verbal Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers.
  • Strong Listening and Problem-Solving Abilities: Demonstrate strong listening and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues.
  • Ability to Work Effectively Under Pressure: Possess the ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Detail-Oriented with Excellent Organizational Skills: Possess a high level of attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to maintain accurate records and follow established protocols.
  • Proficiency in Using Computers and Software Applications: Possess proficiency in using computers and relevant software applications.
  • Flexible Availability: Be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Spanish Speaking Preferred: Possess proficiency in Spanish, preferably.
  • Availability of 15-30 Hours per Week: Be available to work 15-30 hours per week.
