About the Role:

As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are properly displayed and stocked on store shelves. This is a critical role that requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that store shelves are fully stocked and merchandise is properly displayed
  • Identify and report any inventory discrepancies or issues
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with store managers and sales teams
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of retail experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
