Job Opportunity at Thom Child and Family Services

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to join our team as a Social Worker or Mental Health Clinician. As an Early Intervention Social Worker/Clinician, you will play a vital role in providing home and community-based services to infants and toddlers with developmental delays and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct multidisciplinary team assessments to identify client developmental status.
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to support child development and family well-being.
  • Provide direct child development services and activities tailored to the needs of children 0-3 and their families.
  • Collaborate with families to identify goals, objectives, and strategies for child development.
  • Document progress, assessments, and correspondence as required.
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution or equivalent certification/license.
  • Experience working with infants, toddlers, and families is preferred.
  • Knowledge of family systems and early childhood development.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.
