Hawks Cay Resort, a renowned destination resort in the Florida Keys, underwent a significant renovation to enhance its offerings.

This expansive tropical paradise features a variety of accommodations, including 177 guest rooms and numerous villas, complemented by a full-service marina, multiple dining options, a saltwater lagoon, swimming pools, and wellness facilities.
Overview:
We are in search of a Culinary Operations Supervisor who will play a key role in the kitchen's functionality.

This position involves coordinating the efforts of the culinary team and supervising food production processes to guarantee that our quality standards are upheld for both dining and event services.


Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess a culinary degree and have 3-5 years of progressive experience in a reputable high-volume establishment.
