Exciting Laboratory Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Laboratory Supervisor to join our team at K.A. Recruiting. As a Laboratory Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of laboratory professionals and ensuring the smooth operation of our laboratory facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of laboratory professionals to achieve high-quality results and meet productivity standards.
  • Develop and implement laboratory policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve laboratory operations and patient care.
  • Manage laboratory budgets and resources to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to laboratory staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a life science or related field.
  • FL licensure and ASCP certification required.
  • Minimum 3 years of laboratory experience and prior supervisory experience.
