Clinical Therapist for Autism Care

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our multidisciplinary team at Judevine Center for Autism.
This is a part-time position offering a competitive salary range of $72,000 - $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Relocation assistance may be available.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in human services and be certified as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, in good standing with the BACB. Experience working with children with autism and/or developmental disabilities is required.
The BCBA will be responsible for providing ongoing support to clients and training and oversight to Registered Behavior Technician's (RBTs). Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining professional relationships with individuals, families, community members, staff, and other professionals.
- Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments and designing ABA programs based on assessment results and ongoing data.
- Collaborating with treatment team members and client education environments through interdisciplinary meetings, record reviews, and informal discussions.
- Providing direct behavioral interventions as needed.
- Completing all documentation in accordance with established procedures, including progress notes, data collection, and timely billing.
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, effective time management, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and willingness to travel in the surrounding area are also required.
