Behavioral Health Care Specialist

At Brightli, we are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Care Specialist - Youth to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional care and support to youth in need.
Key Responsibilities- Clinical Support: Provide direct care and support to youth, including active participation in treatment teams and ensuring program compliance.
- Maintenance of Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, progress, and any notable incidents.
- Transportation Assistance: Offer transportation support to clients as required.
- Education: High school education or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of responsible employment history.
- License/Certification: Must have a valid driver's license.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000, depending on experience. Additional benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement savings plan, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
