We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ongoing support to clients and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). This part-time position involves conducting assessments, designing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs, and delivering services in various settings.

About the Role
  • Maintain professional relationships with families, community members, and other professionals.
  • Collaborate with treatment teams and education environments on client progress.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, training RBTs on plan implementation.
  • Monitor service delivery, provide feedback, and maintain documentation as required.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in human services and BCBA certification.
  • Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
Compensation

$72,000 - $80,000 annually, plus relocation assistance.
