We are seeking an experienced Lead Autism Behavior Analyst to join our team at the Judevine Center for Autism. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality behavioral services to children and families affected by autism.

About the Role:

This position requires a Master's degree in human services and certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with experience in applied behavior analysis and working with children with autism and/or developmental disabilities. You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, effective time management, and the ability to manage multiple tasks at one time.

As a Lead Autism Behavior Analyst, you will develop treatment plans, provide training and oversight to Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) staff, and conduct Functional Behavior Assessments. You will also work collaboratively with other treatment team members and members of the client's education environment to ensure quality services.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain professional relationships with individuals, families, community members, Judevine staff, and other professionals
  • Develop, analyze, and modify ABA programs based on assessment results and ongoing data
  • Provide direct behavioral interventions as needed
  • Collaborate with treatment team members and clients' education environments
  • Train and oversee RBT staff
  • Document all necessary information in a timely manner

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in human services
  • Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Experience in applied behavior analysis and working with children with autism and/or developmental disabilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective time management and multitasking skills

Compensation:

The estimated salary range for this position is $72,000 annually, commensurate with experience. We offer relocation assistance and a supportive work environment.
