Key Responsibilities
  • Operate imaging and extraction equipment to process incoming payments
  • Prepare batches of work by extracting checks and remittances from envelopes
  • Input data into the system while following standard operating procedures and customer-specific instructions
  • Verify negotiability of checks and balance electronic and paper documentation
  • Maintain site productivity and quality standards
  • Contribute to meeting team goals and individual responsibilities
Requirements
  • Remittance processing or banking operations experience preferred
  • Ability to analyze and comprehend client standard operating procedures and instructions
  • Intermediate computer skills and keyboard usage
  • Production environment focus on meeting deadlines and quotas
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to lift up to 15-20 pounds
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn and be utilized in all areas of operation
