We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team at Santa Margarita Auto Group. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for performing inspections, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of vehicles.
Job Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements.
- Diagnose and repair complex problems with vehicles, including electrical and mechanical issues.
- Use computerized diagnostic tools to identify and repair problems with vehicles.
- Work with customers to understand their vehicle needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
- Collaborate with other technicians and service advisors to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of experience in automotive repair and maintenance.
- ASE certification in at least one area of automotive repair.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
