Position Overview:
As the Administrative Assistant, your primary role will be to assist the Administrator in overseeing daily operations while ensuring compliance with residents' rights, regulatory standards, policies, and emergency protocols. You will carry out essential clerical tasks that contribute to the smooth functioning of daily activities and manage basic facility operations during the Administrator's absence.

Key Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a Personal Care Home is preferred
- Demonstrated experience as an administrative assistant or office support staff
