As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Administrator, ensuring adherence to residents' rights, government regulations, and emergency guidelines. You will perform a range of clerical duties, including managing facility operations, overseeing basic facility operations in the absence of the Administrator, and maintaining accurate records.

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Previous Personal Care Home experience preferred
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, such as printers and fax machines
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
