About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Technician to join our team at MKS Instruments. As an Engineering Technician, you will play a critical role in supporting the design, development, and manufacturing of cutting-edge technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble, calibrate, and test capital equipment to ensure high-quality performance.
  • Develop and maintain accurate documentation for systems and sub-assemblies.
  • Collaborate with design and manufacturing engineering teams to provide feedback and ensure manufacturability, serviceability, and reliability.
  • Analyze Bill of Materials (BOM) structures and provide input on design for manufacturability, serviceability, and cost.
Requirements
  • Technical associate degree or relevant work experience preferred.
  • 3+ years of capital equipment build and documentation writing experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites (Excel, Word, PPT) and Auto-CAD experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and travel internationally may be required.
