Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Territory Manager to join our team at Crane 1 Services. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with existing customers and cultivating new business partners within a defined territory.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in industrial outside B2B sales experience, with a strong ability to communicate effectively and build trust with customers. You will be expected to work independently, with minimal supervision, and demonstrate a passion for providing top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales goals
  • Maintain awareness of customer budgets and competitive threats in the market
  • Foster positive relationships with customers and identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with the new business development team to grow the territory
  • Manage the sales funnel process and track leads

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years' industrial outside B2B sales experience
  • A competitive nature to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A valid driver's license and ability to meet driving requirements

What We Offer:

  • $65K-$85K salary + commission
