Minimum Qualifications:

  1. A minimum of ten years of experience in leading complex public sector IT projects, particularly in ERP.
  2. Proven track record in managing multi-project engagements and maintaining strong client relationships.
  3. In-depth knowledge of public sector procurement strategies and processes.
  4. Ability to manage executive-level client relationships and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  5. Experience in drafting procurement documents and evaluation materials.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to coach and mentor team members.
