About the Role

Cedar Ridge Behavioral Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in providing exceptional care to individuals with mental health needs. As a Registered Nurse on our psychiatric unit, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and promoting a safe and supportive environment for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, conducting physical assessments, and implementing treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Supervise and mentor Mental Health Techs and LPN staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in psychiatric nursing.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting open communication, respect, and empathy among team members.
Requirements
  • Valid Oklahoma RN license
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • At least 21 years of age
  • Successful completion of a drug test
  • Successful pass of a national background check
