Overview

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Surgical Unit at Norman Regional Health System. This is an exciting opportunity for a new graduate or experienced RN to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver safe and effective clinical care alongside a team.

Our Surgical Unit has 32 beds and cares for patients with both surgical and nonsurgical conditions. Nurses collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide the best possible treatment for our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to assess patient needs and develop care plans.
  • Establish goals, plan care strategies, and prioritize patient care.
  • Delegate tasks safely and provide direct and indirect nursing care.
  • Perform additional nursing functions beyond basic nursing preparation.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Master's of Science in Nursing preferred.
  • Previous experience in the healthcare field is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
  • $27.74 - $45.46 per hour depending on previous work experience.
