We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Surgical Unit at Norman Regional Health System. This is an exciting opportunity for a new graduate or experienced RN to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver safe and effective clinical care to patients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong willingness to learn, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals. Our Surgical Unit has 32 beds and cares for patients with both surgical and nonsurgical conditions.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Assess patient needs, develop care plans, and implement interventions to achieve desired outcomes.
- Delegate tasks safely and provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients.
- Perform additional nursing functions in accordance with knowledge and skills acquired beyond basic nursing preparation.
- Diploma or Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Master's of Science in Nursing preferred.
- Previous experience in the healthcare field preferred.
- $27.74 - $45.46 per hour depending on previous work experience.
