About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Cedar Ridge Behavioral Hospital. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our multidisciplinary treatment teams.

Responsibilities
  • Provide physical assessments of residents and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the Chief Nursing Officer.
  • Evaluate patient response to treatment and provide complete documentation.
  • Administer medications as prescribed and provide health education to residents and families.
  • Supervise the daily duties of Mental Health Techs and LPN staff, ensuring a safe environment for all residents.
Requirements
  • Valid Oklahoma RN license.
  • CPR certification (preferred).
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • BSN or Master's degree (preferred).
  • Minimum of one year of psychiatric experience in mental health nursing (preferred).
  • Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 40 pounds.
  • Strong computer skills and excellent communication skills.
