Territory Sales Specialist

We are seeking a Retail Business Development Manager to join our team in Southern New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Washington D.C., New York, Delaware, Virginia, & Maryland. As a Retail Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing programs to drive sales growth and market share within your assigned territory. You will also manage sales and wholesaler relationships and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute programs to drive sales growth and market share
- Manage sales and wholesaler relationships within your territory
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales or related fields is essential
- Familiarity with CRM platforms is advantageous
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Estimated Salary
The estimated salary for this role is $75,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
