Service Technician Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team at HUB Parking Technology.
The ideal candidate will possess technical knowledge and experience in parking equipment, security systems, and access automation/control. Additionally, the ability to work outdoors is essential.
As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for:
- Performing on-site service and maintenance of parking and access control hardware and software.
- Providing support for multiple products.
- Maintaining knowledge of electronics and mechanical devices, as well as PC computer skills.
- Working with various operating systems and having knowledge of networking.
- Assisting in the installation of parking and revenue control systems, as well as access control equipment.
In return, we offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401k matching, and state-of-the-art facilities.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Electronics technical school training or equivalent.
- Ability to work on proprietary software, as well as hardware communications, programming, and repair.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, specifically with customers, as well as the ability to work well within a team environment.
A bonus for having knowledge of MS Windows software and operating system, network and/or communication systems, and MS Network and MS A+ Certifications.
