About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized Coordinating Specialist to join our team in Boston, MA. As a Coordinating Specialist, you will be responsible for scheduling technicians, managing subcontractors, and ensuring seamless operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule technicians and manage subcontractors to ensure seamless operations.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and technicians to resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure data integrity.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior dispatch and administrative experience preferred.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year.
  • Medical, dental, and vision options available on the first day of the month following your start date.
  • 13 days accrued paid time off annually during your first year; 16 days accrued during your second year.
  • New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day as paid holidays.

The estimated annual salary for this role is $59,750 based on national averages.
