Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in overseeing the quality and implementation of clinical programming to patients. You will work closely with our clinical leadership team to develop and supervise meaningful care plans, conduct assessments and reassessments, and provide supervision and coaching to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and supervise care plans with personalized goals and programming to address patient needs
  • Conduct detailed assessments and reassessments of patients
  • Provide supervision, coaching, and mentoring to RBTs
  • Develop and monitor data collection
  • Provide parent training
  • Maintain a positive working relationship with patient families and respond to questions in a timely manner
  • Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments
  • Communicate with the Clinical Director on a regular basis
  • Provide weekly update emails or facilitate team meetings
  • Uphold regular treatment integrity checks
  • Adhere to relevant CPT codes

Requirements

  • BCBA certification issued by the BACB
  • Meet licensing requirements for your state of employment
  • Experience in the field of ABA (experience as an RBT will count for newly certified BCBAs)
  • Confident verbal and strong written communication skills
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including prolonged periods of walking, running, standing, bending, kneeling, squatting, climbing, and stooping
