Chad Richards - State Farm Agent is seeking a motivated and career-oriented professional to join their team in Raleigh, NC.

Position Overview

As a State Farm team member, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products, including auto, home, and life insurance.

Responsibilities
  • Use a customer-focused approach to educate customers about insurance options and identify their needs.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, developing leads and scheduling appointments.
  • Market appropriate products and services to customers, providing valuable experience and growth opportunities.
Requirements
  • Sales experience, preferably in outside sales or inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing.
  • A successful track record of meeting sales goals and quotas.
  • Enthusiasm for the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage risks and achieve their goals.
  • Self-motivation, attention to detail, and ability to make presentations to potential customers.
  • Bilingual skills, preferably in Spanish.
  • Ability to obtain Property and Casualty and Life and Health licenses.
