About the Role:

AEG is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Membership Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling Full and Partial Season Memberships, Premium Seating, and Group Outings to new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell new full season memberships, partial season memberships, group outings, and premium suites to meet or exceed annual sales goals.
  • Make a minimum of 75 outbound contacts per day to engage with potential clients and promote our membership offerings.
  • Complete a minimum of 5 appointments per week to discuss membership options with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Proactively seek new leads through referrals, networking, and prospecting businesses to expand our client base.
  • Invite and host qualified prospects to prescheduled sales events to showcase our membership benefits.
  • Attend networking events in the community to generate new business prospects and build relationships with potential clients.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all current clients and prospects within our CRM system to ensure seamless communication and follow-up.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to prospects and current clients at all times to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational, time-management, excellent oral and written communication, and problem-solving skills to effectively manage multiple sales opportunities and client relationships.
  • Ability and willingness to work traditional in-office hours, with occasional nights and weekends to accommodate client needs and sales events.
  • Must be highly self-motivated and have a desire to excel in sales to meet or exceed annual sales goals.
  • Individuals must be comfortable making face-to-face sales presentations to engage with clients and promote our membership offerings.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office, with experience with Tickets.com ProVenue a plus.
  • Must be comfortable making cold calls on the phone to engage with potential clients and promote our membership offerings.
  • Individuals must be coachable and possess a positive attitude to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Deliver exemplary customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty among clients.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus to effectively communicate with a diverse client base.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • College Degree preferred - bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or minimum of one year of successful sales experience, regardless of industry (sports preferred).
