Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the general ledger team to ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting

  • Ensure timely completion of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in general accounting
  • Experience managing accounting personnel
  • Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and Cost Accounting Standards
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills

Salary:$140,000 - $170,000 per year
