Job Overview

The successful candidate will have prior experience in construction management and be familiar with construction management software. They will be responsible for managing project planning, scheduling, and budgeting, as well as allocating resources and supervising onsite personnel and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project planning, including budgeting and resource allocation.
  • Scheduling and coordination of project activities.
  • Supervision of onsite personnel and subcontractors.
  • Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city officials, and clients.
  • Negotiation with contractors to receive reasonable order costs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
  • Prior experience in construction management or related fields.
  • Familiarity with construction management software.
  • Strong leadership qualities.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
