We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our Solutions Engineering Team at RingCentral. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the development of our product line, focusing on product-led growth.
Key Responsibilities- Product Development: Collaborate with development teams and RnD department to collect and work out project requirements, manage development teams from a product perspective, and track implementation.
- Customer Engagement: Design omni-channel engagement flows for features across our platform and product set, working closely with our UX team to ensure a delightful customer experience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with eCommerce, Activation, and billing organizations to ensure cross-functional agreement on metrics, goals, and execution.
- Stakeholder Management: Continuously interact with internal and external stakeholders, as well as different development teams, when working with requirements and dependencies.
- Team Leadership: Coach junior staff when necessary and provide guidance and support to ensure team success.
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on eCommerce, upsell, growth, or adoption.
- Experience working with teams distributed across multiple geographies.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to quickly find and assimilate new information.
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey information verbally and graphically.
- Excellent understanding of software development processes for client and server-based services.
- An understanding of the principles of real-time communications, particularly voice and video.
- Candidates should have experience designing customer-facing UX for consumer and business users.
- Bonus for candidates with experience designing services for mobile, desktop, and web experiences.
