Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Operations Director to join our team at Findicia. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our CEO and driving the company's strategic initiatives and goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to our CEO, providing insights and recommendations on key business decisions and initiatives.
  • Operational Efficiency: Develop and implement strategies to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness across the company.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage cross-functional projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and successful execution.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making and identify new growth opportunities for the company.
  • Communication: Prepare and deliver presentations to our CEO and senior leadership team on key business updates and performance metrics.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and investors.
  • Administrative Support: Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings and appointments, and handle all administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as a Chief of Staff or similar position.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of business operations, strategy development, and project management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven Track Record: Proven track record of driving successful initiatives and achieving business goals.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
