Hope House, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Men's Domestic Abuse Intervention Program Facilitator to join our team at our Outpatient Clinic in Troy, NY.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process participant registration and facilitate weekly groups utilizing The Duluth Curriculum.
  • Facilitate early recovery/introduction to treatment groups at Rensselaer County Jail.
  • Prepare bi-weekly participation/attendance reports and coordinate with referrals.
  • Manage participant issues and assist with coordinating and managing payments.
  • Provide program information to legal entities and sustain and grow the program.
  • Provide bi-weekly program status reports to the Program Manager.
Requirements
  • Minimum of an associate's degree in human services or a related field.
  • One year of experience in human services is preferred.
  • Group facilitation, implementation of curriculum, and program monitoring experience.
  • Experience working with criminal justice mandated populations and domestic abuse offenders is preferred.
