Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver efficient and effective nursing care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Evaluate patients to collect data, observe condition, and report changes in condition to the healthcare team.
  • Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning, working closely with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered by physicians, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of care.
  • Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff, ensuring high-quality care and adherence to established protocols.
