We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at the Kennebunk Center for Health & Rehabilitation. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as needed
- Supervise and support Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering care
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols
- $5,000 Sign on Bonus
