We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at the Kennebunk Center for Health & Rehabilitation.

Job Summary

As a RN or LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient conditions, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed
  • Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information
  • Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as needed
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care delivery
  • Oversee and guide Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering quality care

Requirements
  • Valid state license as a Nurse (RN/LPN)
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
  • Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both
  • Strong clinical skills and critical thinking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
