Front Desk Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team at LTD Hospitality Group. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities- Provide top-notch service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.
- Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain a high level of cash handling accuracy.
- Stay up-to-date on hotel services, amenities, and promotions, and communicate this information to guests.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, adhering to company standards and safety protocols.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in hotel software systems.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
