Role Summary:

We are currently in search of a Front Desk Agent and Night Auditor to join our team in a full-time capacity, combining both front desk and night audit responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and register guests with a warm and friendly approach.
  • Assist with reservations, pre-registrations, and room assignments.
  • Support large groups during their arrival process.
  • Provide insights about the local area, including dining, shopping, and attractions.
  • Address and resolve guest issues promptly to ensure complete satisfaction.
  • Process payments in accordance with established procedures, including credit card authorizations.
  • Ensure accurate balancing of cash, checks, and credit card transactions at the end of each shift.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and cater to their needs with professionalism.
  • Collaborate with other departments as necessary to address guest concerns.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Outgoing and personable, with a dedication to providing outstanding guest service.
  • Previous experience in hotel front desk operations is preferred.
  • Familiarity with reservation systems is advantageous.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Windows operating systems.
  • Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds occasionally.
  • Willingness to maintain a consistent schedule and be available for additional shifts.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
