Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to support our administrative and marketing functions. This is a full-time/part-time position offering flexible hours (24-45 per week) and a competitive hourly rate of $15-$25 per hour.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries
  • Manage events and meetings, including coordinating logistics and communicating with stakeholders
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote our services
  • Perform light book-keeping and record keeping tasks, including maintaining accurate records and files
  • Assist with general office duties, such as data entry and mailings

RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license with no major criminal violations or convictions
