ABOUT THIS POSITION
This full-time role operates within our call center, which is available Monday through Thursday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The position offers a competitive hourly wage along with a range of partial benefits, including medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, paid time off, holiday pay, a 4% retirement match, and an Employee Assistance Program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls for various locations and address client inquiries effectively.
- Provide accurate information regarding services, test results, payment options, and operational hours.
- Facilitate appointment scheduling in accordance with established protocols.
- Conduct data entry and complete assigned audits as necessary.
- Handle client complaints with professionalism and in line with organizational guidelines.
- Utilize active listening and empathy to assess client needs and inquiries.
- Document and report any emerging trends in customer interactions to supervisors.
- Maintain a high volume of calls while prioritizing follow-up actions as needed.
- Contribute to enhancing the overall customer service experience by identifying issues and suggesting improvements.
Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A minimum of one year of experience in customer service or a related field.
- COVID-19 vaccination is mandatory within the first week of employment.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential.
