Job Title: Team Administrator, WNTJob Summary

U.S. Soccer is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Administrator to support the Women's National Team (WNT) operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day operational environment for players, coaches, and staff meets the standard of care for a world-class sports team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Team Manager and Program Director to execute operational aspects for the WNT
  • Interface with venue, transportation, and logistics staff to ensure seamless operations
  • Coordinate planning and execution of day-to-day team operations and logistics
  • Manage delegation travel, including flights and ground transportation services
  • Compile and submit expenses, invoices, and reimbursements for network staff
  • Support WNT Analytics and Talent Identification in organizing scouting logistics and planning
  • Assist with WNT onboarding procedures and compliance for network staff
  • Advance the team to venues and charter flights, preparing hotel, training sites, and ground transportation for team arrival
  • Conduct site inspections with the Team Manager and Program Director to ensure venues meet WNT standards
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in team operations for club, league, and/or national teams
  • General knowledge of soccer
  • Exceptional time management skills and ability to prioritize workflow
  • Experience in managing a budget, travel, and operations for an elite sports team
  • Ability to deliver high-quality work and execute under pressure and deadlines
  • Detailed-oriented and meticulous work style
  • Excellent written and verbal communication combined with a professional demeanor
  • Excellent work ethic and relentless desire to contribute to the team's success on the field
  • Uncompromising ethical standards, trustworthy, and discreet
  • Proficient experience with Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Able and willing to travel up to 70% of the year, domestic and international
  • Able and willing to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual (English, Spanish or other)
  • Elevated critical thinking skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and a proven ability to collaborate with others
  • Achievement-oriented and confident with a drive to succeed
  • Thorough institutional knowledge of U.S. Soccer's mission, goals, U.S WAY, policies, practices, and procedures
