YOUR ROLE:

This is a full-time position that includes weekends and on-call responsibilities. This hands-on role requires commitment and dedication. Imagine being the key player in daily operations, managing emergencies, performing routine quality assessments, and ensuring operational effectiveness. You will assist in budget adherence, oversee inventory, lead your team, and step in for the department manager during their absence. Balancing practical tasks with supervisory duties, each day presents an opportunity to make a significant impact within the organization.


QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years of practical maintenance experience
  • 3+ years of prior supervisory experience
  • Exceptional organizational and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

While we encourage all applicants, we prefer candidates from the local area. The ideal candidate will possess a clean driving record and valid driver's license, be available on weekends, and demonstrate a solid understanding of plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and HVAC. Being bilingual is a significant advantage.
