About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety and Security Operations Supervisor to join our team at Marriott Vacations Worldwide. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests, owners, and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patrol all areas of the property to ensure the safety and security of our guests and employees.
  • Conduct emergency response drills and physical hazard/safety inspections to identify potential risks.
  • Monitor closed-circuit televisions and alarm systems to ensure the security of our property.
  • Authorize and monitor access to secured areas to prevent unauthorized access.
  • Assist guests and employees during emergency situations and provide support as needed.
  • Supervise the Safety and Security team to ensure they are meeting their responsibilities and providing excellent service.
Requirements
  • Available to work various shifts, including holidays and weekends.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
