ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Media Optimization Expert at AdAction, you will enhance the effectiveness of our advertising initiatives and media monetization strategies.

Your role will be pivotal in supporting campaign strategies, promoting product growth through collaboration, and resolving performance challenges with innovative solutions.

Your analytical expertise will be instrumental in deriving insights for campaign optimization, while your proactive mindset will improve reporting and data delivery.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead and manage media strategies that enhance the effectiveness of advertising initiatives and media supply monetization.
  • Assist with daily operational tasks and projects as required.
  • Collaborate with Product and Business Development teams to share insights and facilitate product growth and innovation.
  • Monitor performance metrics and consistently optimize advertising campaigns, working with internal teams to implement solutions as necessary.
  • Continuously innovate. Take a leading role in the development, testing, and positioning of new media products and features.
  • Coordinate with the Solutions team to ensure optimal campaign setup and conduct quality assurance on campaigns.
  • Utilize data analytics to uncover insights that lead to impactful campaign optimizations.
  • Proactively share knowledge and provide learning opportunities to the Solutions team.
  • Work with Business Intelligence to meet reporting and analysis requirements, enhancing the delivery and structure of data. Address and resolve issues related to unclear, inefficient, or missing reporting.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.

3+ years of experience in media strategy or digital marketing, with proficiency in advertising technology solutions, media buying platforms, and campaign management tools; familiarity with SQL and Excel is essential.

Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed, data-driven decisions.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams.

Creative and strategic problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.

Strong interpersonal abilities to work effectively within cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and driving projects to completion.

A commitment to staying informed about industry trends and continuously seeking innovative solutions to enhance media strategies and campaign performance.

Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Annual Salary Range:
$70,000 - $80,000
