Early Intervention Manager

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join Clarke Schools for Hearing & Speech as an Early Intervention Manager. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of early intervention services for deaf and hard-of-hearing children and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of Clarke's Early Intervention program, ensuring seamless transitions from EI to other services as needed.
  • Develop, improve, and implement program policies and procedures, increasing enrollment and working directly with families, referral sources, and stakeholders.
Key Duties:
  • Manage all aspects of the transition to EI-Hub, both internally and externally.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and policies/procedures.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • 5+ years of experience with the NYS/NYC Early Intervention Program in a supervision role.
  • Experience with NYEIS, EI Hub, and EI Billing.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to meet timelines and deadlines.
Physical Demands:
  • Extensive computer work.
  • Filing.
  • Lifting up to 10 pounds, moving, organizing files and binders of records.
Salary Range:

$70,000 - $80,000 per year (based on 40 hours/week), with potential for additional compensation based on experience.
